Mr. Pathak is born and brought up in Agra the state of U.P. India. He is living in Japan sine 1997 and has been serving the Indian community in Japan through various, social , cultural, religious and political gatherings.
He serves as Public Relations Officer at India Center, Japan. India Center is an organisation with the vision to play the role of a catalyst in the development of India.
He played a key role and Instrumental as senior officer of India Center for several India-Japan Bilateral initiatives. “Pathak San” as popularly known in Indian Community in Tokyo and for his cultural skills which brought Indian Community closer. He was one of the key team members of India Center, who played the strategic role in relaunching Namaste India in Japan, a two days Indian Festival in Tokyo, every year in September where more than 300,000 Indians, Japanese and Expats visited the festival in Tokyo first time and since than “Namaste India” had become a India-Japan Cultural signature Event for Tokyo. Pathak san has been deeply involved in the initiatives between India and Japan during the past Japan visits of Indian Dignitaries such as Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee, Hon. Narendra Modi Ji with business delegates during in the Calendar Years 2001, 2008 & 2012 respectively.
